Athletic Training Innovation
My good friend Sean Clark and I partnered with Trumpet to implement and launch this e-commerce site. The design is all Trumpet’s doing but we worked hard to get this site live with a Drupal Content Management System and Ubercart for product sales. Paypal’s PayFlow pro is tied to Ubercart for secure transactions, and of course a secure Verisigin SSL certificate. In partnership with Trumpet we kicked of a social media marketing campaign combined with SEO/SEM. I look forward to seeing where Trumpet takes it from here, but so far things are looking good.

Zulu Exchange
The day after my first test flight in a small Cessna 172 I found my self addicted to flying. Literally, the night after I got home I spent hours upon hour searching the web in hopes of buying my own jet airplane.
A Jet is a little out of my price range, but surprisingly a small used Cessna or Piper from the 1960’s or 1970’s is fairly affordable. The problem, finding deals online and managing the maintenance and tie down fees.
Zulu Exchange is my free classified site for posting and finding ads for airplanes. The web site’s engine is built using Java against a MySQL database. The logo and design is my own with some guidance from my brother James Perry and friends Jenny Gover and Sean Clark. Much of the client facing portion of the application is done, and it is currently free to post data.
The admin for posting is still a work in progress. It currently uses Flex 3 with BlazeDS. The admin is ugly but gives a seamless process for creating and managing your posts.
